All KC membership purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Try KC before you buy
You can try KC for free before buying: 24 hours without an account, or 7 days with a free account.
Charged twice, or membership not active
If you were charged twice, or your membership did not activate after you paid, that is a fault we fix, not a refund request.
Contact zjhto25@gmail.com or WhatsApp with the last characters of the order ID. We reply within 24 hours.
Keep your keys private
Do not send wallet keys, seed phrases or access codes. KC staff will never ask for them.
