The rules for using the KC website, KC for Mac and KC for iPhone.

AT A GLANCE
The short version.
KC is a tool for adults. You decide what you open and save, and you follow the law and each website's rules. KC does not host or sell videos. Memberships last 30 days, are renewed by hand and are final.
What KC is
KC is an app for Mac and a web app for iPhone. It opens the adult video and live-streaming websites you choose, lets you browse and watch them, and saves the videos you are allowed to keep. KC is not affiliated with or endorsed by those websites. By using KC you agree to these terms.
Who can use KC
KC is only for adults aged 18 or older, and only where adult content is legal for you. If you are under 18, or this content is not legal where you are, do not use KC. KC does not verify age on behalf of websites: each website runs its own age check, and you complete it yourself.
Your responsibilities
Save only content you have the right to save, and follow each website's terms and the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for what you open, save and share with KC. Do not use KC to break the law, to harm others, or to interfere with KC or the websites it opens.
What KC does not do
KC does not host, sell or re-upload videos. KC does not bypass DRM or paywalls: encrypted videos cannot be saved, and paid content stays behind each website's own sign-in and payment.
Accounts
A KC account is free. Keep your sign-in details safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. KC may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The privacy policy explains how your data is handled.
Free trial
On Mac, you can use KC for 24 hours without an account, or for 7 days from sign-up with a free KC account, which downloads up to 5 videos a day. After the trial, KC for Mac needs a membership. KC for iPhone has no trial: browsing and watching stay free, and a free KC account downloads 5 videos a day.
Membership
A membership lasts 30 days and removes the daily download limit while it is active. It is renewed by hand on the download page, and there are no automatic charges. The current price is shown on the download page before you pay.
Payment
Memberships are paid in stablecoins: USDT on BEP20, USDC on Base or USDC on Solana. NOWPayments processes the payment on a checkout opened from kclegal.lat. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise; see the refund policy.
Disclaimer
KC is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Websites change without notice, so a site, video or feature may stop working at any time, and KC does not promise that any particular website or video will be available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, KC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content on the websites you open. KC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid KC in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
KC may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and using KC after a change means you accept it.
